As an apparel designer with three years of experience and a technical background in ready-to-wear construction, outerwear, and men’s and women’s separates, I want to create garments that withstand time and weather, are travel-friendly, and play with the idea of sharp and cozy. Inspired by work wear, the Pacific Northwest, and cartoon uniforms, I am interested in redesigning band merchandise apparel, developing fabric and textiles, and living abroad as a trend forecasting editor. My goal is to design athletic silhouettes that can anticipate action in addition to keeping up with a weekend on the couch.
