I am a passionate textile and geometry enthusiast dedicated to building garments properly. Both personalities of apparel- function and expression- entice and inspire me; I wouldn’t have one without the other. Once a sea cook, a harp technician, a bartender, and a mathematician, I have finally found my place in apparel. I look forward to a career in patternmaking or technical design where I can blend my strong systems-thinking, engineering perspective with my command of color, texture, and beautiful shapes.
