TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The School of AD&D’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) represents a spectrum of business and labor in our community. Members volunteer their time, talent, and knowledge to help our program and to advise and nurture student growth.


  • Ethan is a School of AD&D graduate and TAC chair. He is currently a Designer of Men's Collection Knits at Tommy Bahama.

  • Camilla is Co-founder and Designer at Prairie Underground.

  • Caroline is currently the Sr. Director of Product Development and Operations at Outdoor Research. She has an extensive background in product design, development and operations in the outdoor and activewear industry with experience at GoLite, Nube, Royal Robbins, and ExOfficio.  Caroline has held various senior-level positions managing product development, design, merchandising, and team building. Caroline holds a BFA in Costume and Set Design from Cornish College of the Arts and an AAS in Apparel Design from Seattle Central College.

  • Kristopher is a graduate who has been in the fashion industry since 2008. Working for brands such as Club Monaco, Calvin Klein and Rag & Bone, he specializes in women’s ready to wear and silhouette direction. He leads teams in research, fabric and color direction. Kristopher is currently Head of Women’s Structured Wovens at Club Monaco.

  • Maya has been working as a Size and Fit Specialist/Patternmaker at Patagonia since she left the School of AD&D in 2015.

  • Ace graduated from the School of AD&D in 2020. After graduating, Ace worked in Design and Product Development roles at REI and Eddie Bauer before landing on his current role as a Designer at Stussy.

  • Jennifer graduated from the School of AD&D in 2006. She then worked at Nordstrom and Filson and is currently a Sr. Technical Designer and Product Developer at Eddie Bauer.


  • Leslie is a School of AD&D graduate who has been working in fashion design since 1997. She currently works as a Denim and Sportswear Knits Designer at Unionbay.

  • Candace graduated from the School of AD&D before founding her own lingerie company in 2000. Since then, Candace has worked as an instructor for our school and now works for Kavu, as well as doing product development and lessons at Cace Study.

  • Meg graduated from the school of Apparel Design and Development in 2011. Since graduating they have worked as a Stylist and Costume Designer and currently work as a Freelance Wardrobe Stylist.
